Do we receive corrections on the wrongly answered questions?

Likely so. There may be remarks on individual results. These are observations and findings of the Panel, with the purpose of preparing you for the next session.

What’s an ABBA session?

An ABBA Session is the period in which a moderator, or virtual assistant, sits to assist contestants in answering the questions in compliance with the rules of engagement.

What’s a live Session?

When a session is live, you can practically get in touch with an assistant with questions on logistical issues and receive live answers in your best interest, via live chats, direct messages, and video calls.

What’s called a Seating?

A Seating is the defined part of a Session when candidates are seated for a paper. Whenever they sit to participate in a given subject or project, it’s called a Seating. And there can many Seatings to one Session.

What’s the difference between a Session and a Seating?

a) Seatings belong to Sessions. Sessions are an umbrella to Seatings. A Session may have multiple seatings held at different times or/and days.

b) Whereas the Seatings can be many in a Session, the Session remains uniquely constant or unchanged. Session 1, for example, can have Seating 1, Seating 2, or more. The multiple seatings are just under one Session.

c) Seatings are capacity-limited. A practical example connected to capacity is when a Seating takes 1000 candidates, every other candidate will have to wait for Seating 2, under the same Session and having the same questions. If there are too many candidates again and the capacity is limited, then the rest have to wait for Seating 3 and so on. In this case, a Session has multiple Seatings because of the limited capacity.

d) Seatings can also exist because of other logistic reasons.

e) Sessions can have multiple Seatings because of the nature of questions asked. Seating 1 might have a set of questions but not enough for a Session. And Seatings 2 and 3 might complement or complete the questions that made up a Session.

f) Seatings could also be as an addendum to each other. For example, when someone with a valid case misses a Seating, another Seating will be scheduled under the same Session.

How do I know the word count of my essay?

You have to count the words, as simple as that. There are many apps to help you count words as you write. If you’re using a remote device that you can’t access these apps, you can manually count the words on the first line and multiply it by the number of lines that you have.

Basically, an essay of 100 words is made up of 6 lines of words with font size 10 or 11, written on an A4 paper. So when you are writing, you can assume 6 lines to be 100 words, approximately. This may vary depending on the paper size.
